      Body and Brain Techniques for Anxiety and Depression

      Hello and welcome to the Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi Champions center! This open event is for eveyone whose has trouble with achieving calmness of the mind and body.  Did you know you can achieve this calmness with bringing awarenes to your breathing?  Through this awareness breathing your body becomes more relaxed versus being in a state of tension. When you are in a state of tension most people hold their breath and over time it becomes "normal". Various physical ailments/disorders start to develop, all stemming from not breathing properly. Learn about the various body stretches to release stress (body merdian opening), breathing techniques to declutter your thoughts, and finally reach the state of relaxation you seek. Please bring a towel and wear comfortable clothes such as T-Shirt, Long Pants, and Socks.  I look forward to seeing you there!
